Battery Assembly and Testing

We can assemble a custom made battery in virtually any shape and size. Extra light weight batteries can be maufactured where weight reduction is a major consideration. Applications which use such batteries are for aircraft starting and racing applications. These batteries can be manufactured either with or without a BMS depending on the specific application.

Our service includes-

• Battery pack welding of cells using a capacitor discharge (CD) battery tab welder and nickel battery strips. Used for smaller size cells such as those typically found in power tool battery packs.
• Battery testing of cells and packs for overall condition.
• Mactching of cells of the same internal impedance for building of high performance racing battery packs.
